1. Introduction

win2lo.com is owned and operated under a valid Certificate of Operation. By registering on win2lo.com (the "Website"), you enter into a contract with Win2lo and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Cookies Policy, and the rules applicable to our gaming products.

2. General

Should you attempt to open more than one account, Win2lo will be entitled to close all accounts and retain all monies.

4. Know Your Customer

You represent and warrant that any information provided on your verification form is true, updated and correct. Win2lo reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a player. Win2lo reserves the right to restrict service, payment or withdrawal until identity is sufficiently determined.

5. Your Warranties

Prior to your use of the Service and on an ongoing basis you represent and warrant that: (a) you are over legal age of majority; (b) you have full capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement; (c) you are not a compulsive or problem gambler; (d) you are accessing win2lo.com from a jurisdiction in which it is legal to do so; (e) you are solely responsible for any applicable taxes; (f) you will not deposit funds from criminal or unauthorized activity; (g) your use of the Service is at your sole risk; (h) you participate in games strictly for recreational and entertainment purposes; (i) you will not be involved in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

6. Deposits

You may participate in any game only if you have sufficient funds on your account. You must deposit funds using the payment methods available on the Website. You shall ensure that funds you deposit are not tainted with any illegality. Deposits can only be made with your own funds. Win2lo can set minimum deposit amounts at its own discretion. Deposits are processed immediately where possible.

7. Withdrawals

Win2lo reserves the right to refuse any withdrawal until: (a) the player’s identity has been verified; (b) the withdrawal is being transferred to an account of which the player is a legal holder; (c) any additional information requested has been provided; and (d) the player has complied with minimum wager requirements. All withdrawals must be done through the same payment method used for deposit, unless we decide otherwise. Crypto withdrawals will be made to your stated cryptocurrency wallet address.

8. Player Funds Protection

Any funds you deposit, along with any winnings, are held for the sole purpose of placing gaming wagers. If we incur any charge-backs, reversals or denial of payments due to causes attributable to you, we reserve the right to charge you for the relevant amounts.

9. Placing Bets

Win2lo is not obliged to accept any bet and bets will only be deemed valid when you receive confirmation of acceptance. Once bets have been placed they may not be cancelled. Your funds will be allocated to bets in the order they are placed.

Win2lo may offer bonuses and promotions at its sole discretion. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. Wagers must always be placed with cash balances before bonus balances. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse including use of multiple accounts will result in account termination.

11. Prohibited Uses

The Service is intended solely for personal recreational use. Win2lo expressly prohibits and rejects the use of the Service for any form of illicit activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing or trade sanctions violations. The attempt to manipulate your real location through VPN, proxy, or similar services constitutes a breach of these Terms.

12. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Persons located in or resident in Afghanistan, Austria, Australia, Belarus, Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, Curaçao, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe (the "Prohibited Jurisdictions") are not permitted to use the Service.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Curaçao shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute concerning this Agreement.
